Travel Guarantee Fund: Organized tourism contracts are supported by appropriate guarantees provided by the Organiser and the Intermediary Travel Agent that, for trips abroad and trips within a single country, guarantee in cases of insolvency or bankruptcy of the intermediary or the organiser, reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the package tour and immediate return of the tourist. Globest Srls joins the “Fondo Garanzia Il Salvagente” to protect travellers with registration certificate no. 2024/1-0933. All relevant information on the operation of the Fund, such as those relating to claims for reimbursement, liquidation and the applicable legislation, can be found at “www.ilsalvagente.info”
Currency exchange: the reference exchange applied, will be communicated during the quotation/booking.
Carriers: the name of the carrier that will carry out a possible flight will be indicated on the confirmation sheet, in the time and manner provided for by art. 11 of Reg. CE2111/2005, as well as for possible variations.
Fuel special flights: the average reference parameter will be communicated at quotation/booking
Travel safety abroad: official general information on foreign countries including those relating to the security situation and health documents required for access to Italian citizens are provided by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs through the site “www.viaggiaresicuri.it” or the Telephone Operating Center at 06 491115 and are therefore publicly available.
Since these data are subject to changes and updates, the traveler will consult these sources to verify the wording officially expressed before purchasing the travel package.
