A dream bike trip in Sicily: between the lava and the enchanted islands

Today, you will not only pedal, but you will make a real climb. Your e-bike will be your silent ally as you climb towards the 3000 meters of Etna, a living volcano. Each turn will reveal a new and surreal landscape: lava fields, sculptures of black rock and extinct craters that tell millennial stories. With the volcanological guide, you will discover the secrets of this powerful land and, at the top, the world will open before your eyes in a breathtaking panorama. You will enjoy a lunch in a moment of pure magic with a panoramic picnic overlooking the summit craters, a moment of peace, silence interrupted only by the wind. After an adrenaline-filled descent and a sweet break in a refuge, the volcano will offer you its last unforgettable spectacle: the sunset. You will return to the hotel for a well-deserved rest. Today will take you to the green heart of Sicily, in a region still little known and of rare beauty. After breakfast, you will leave in a minibus to join Floresta, where you will be enveloped by the pure air and the silence of the woods.  You will pedal between the mysterious monoliths of Argimusco, where the rock tells ancient stories and nature reigns supreme. You will then continue in the forest of Malabotta, With the guide, you will discover the flora and fauna that make this place a real natural treasure. You will share a picnic in nature on this protected site where centenary trees create a magical and almost surreal atmosphere.
In the afternoon, you will leave the green of the Nebrodi for the blue of the sea. You will reach Milazzo by bike for those who wish or by minivan for those who want to relax. Once arrived at the port, you will board the ferry to reach the island of Lipari. the largest and busiest of the Aeolian Islands. The arrival will be a moment of pure emotion: the island will welcome you with its dark profile and the pastel colors of the houses. Your day will end with a dinner overlooking the sea, where the sound of the waves will be the background music of your first glimpse of wind life. Overnight stay.

The whole morning dedicated to the discovery of Lipari, the island that has everything. You will pedal along scenic roads overlooking an incredibly blue sea, with breathtaking views that will make you stop at every turn. You will feel the history of the island through its picturesque villages, and the energy of nature by venturing into unexplored corners.
The highlight of the day will be the arrival at the pumice quarries, a lunar landscape of white rocks that contrast dramatically with the turquoise sea water.
After an intense bike ride, the return to the port will offer you the opportunity to immerse yourself in the vibrant life of Lipari, among its colorful alleys and the unique flavors of the Aeolian cuisine. Free time for lunch, relaxing by the sea …
Dinner and overnight at the hotel or restaurant.

After breakfast, you will leave from Marina Corta to join the island of Panarea, to take a panoramic tour among the islets, reach the port and once landed on the island, walk in the alleys of the country with a breathtaking panoramic view, and continue towards the prehistoric village. You will have free time to have lunch, take a bath and enjoy delicious granitas served in the many cafes with sea views. In the afternoon you will continue to Stromboli to observe from the sea the small Ginostra and the Strombolicchio, a gigantic rock. Once on the island, you will have two possibilities. Climb the volcano of Stromboli to reach the active crater and admire the evening explosions, or for those who prefer to enjoy the view of the explosions like in a movie, you can go back up to sunset on board the boat «Sciara del fuoco», a steep slope carved by torrents of lava and attend, from the sea, the suggestive spectacle that this volcano offers us, exploding in a symphony of reddish lapilli. After days spent between the fire of Etna and the magic of the Aeolians, the circuit enters a new fascinating phase. From the sea of Lipari, a ferry will take you back to Milazzo, where the continent will welcome you with the promise of a new adventure.
Here begins one of the most suggestive stages of the circuit: the e-bike route from Milazzo to Letojanni. You will leave the port to pedal along a track that is a true hymn to the beauty of the Sicilian coast, in an alternation of coastal stretches, where the sea breeze will caress your face and gentle climbs of hills, which offer you breathtaking views of an endless sea. Lunch en route. Arrival in Letojanni, late afternoon, check-in at the hotel, dinner and overnight.  

The last chapter of this extraordinary adventure. From Letojanni, you will pedal towards the Pearl of the Ionian, Taormina, but not before having conquered the summit of Monte Veneretta. From here, the gaze will stretch into an immensity that will take your breath away: the blue of the sea, the incomparable profile of Taormina and, majestic, Etna which rises to the horizon.
You will reach the beating heart of Taormina, where time seems to have stopped. The bike will give way to a fascinating walking tour. With an experienced guide, you will be immersed in the millennial history of the Greek Theatre, admiring a panorama that has enchanted poets and travelers of every era. You will stroll along the famous Corso Umberto, between elegant shops and flowered balconies, breathing an atmosphere of elegance and vitality.
In the afternoon you will return to Letojanni for dinner and overnight.

On this day of return, the nostalgia for the places visited and the enthusiasm for returning home mingle together. After breakfast, you will leave towards the airport to help you with the boarding procedure.
