Pisa is famous for the richness of the countryside, the woods, the sea. With a plate of pasta, fresh or dried, you can indulge yourself with sauces and condiments, depending on the season: winter with a rich variety of meats and cheeses, vegetables in spring, fish and vegetables in summer, first and foremost tomatoes, in autumn with mushrooms and cured meats in infinite variations and flavours. There is no shortage of wine in Tuscany, we will expertly pair it with the pasta dishes offered. We will enjoy everything prepared together in an ancient Pisan residence next to the Leaning Tower.
