Participants will be hosted in the summer on a terrace of a house, between the greenery of nature and the sea that extends to the horizon, or in winter around the ancient family table, next to the warmth of the fireplace.
You will taste the flavors of recipes handed down from generation to generation, such as “Panzarottini”, delicious fried stuffed “pasta matta”; you will learn the use of the old family “Guitar” to make fresh pasta, to be seasoned with local zero kilometer products, and you will discover “Cannoli”, a traditional dessert.
A culinary journey in which there will be tastings of artisanal liqueurs and tastings of local products.
